Delete your Zirova account
You can close your Zirova account and remove the data attached to it whenever you want. Deletion is permanent — there is no way to restore an account once it has gone.
Delete it from inside the app
This is the fastest route, and the one we recommend if you still have the app installed.
- Open the Zirova app and go to the Profile tab.
- Choose “Delete account”.
- Read the confirmation, then choose “Delete forever”.
Your account closes straight away, and the app erases what it was holding on your device.
If you no longer have the app
Email us from the address on your Zirova account and we will action the deletion for you. Put “Delete my account” in the subject line so it reaches the right place.
Email us to request deletionWe may ask you to confirm the request came from you, so that nobody else can close your account. We will let you know by email once the deletion is done.
What deletion removes
- Your account and the profile details you gave us.
- Your verified record and the vitality credential built from it.
- Your Zi balance. Zi is Zirova’s reward credit, and a deleted balance is forfeited — it cannot be transferred, cashed out or brought back.
- Everything the app holds on your device, including any wellbeing data still waiting to be sent.
- Nothing further is written to your backups. Your history is backed up to cloud storage you already own, so deleting a backup that is already there is done from that storage account rather than by us.
What we keep, and why
Only what the law obliges us to keep — a record that a request was made and actioned, for no longer than we are required to hold it. It is never used to rebuild your credential, and it is never shared with a partner.
